We feel that by working closely with the client at all stages of the project, we will create buildings that are unique and distinctively custom. Project Architects and Management

Kevin B Howard Architects assigns an experienced Project Architect to each project from the initial design study, through completion. Each Project Architect will be directly involved in client contact, design development, construction documents and construction administration. Our dedicated Project Architect system has removed any chance of mis communication by knowing directly who to contact on each project.

Design Communication and Information Technology

Design Communication has been an essential tool of the architect. The vast resources and tools that have changed the building profession have been adopted by Kevin B. Howard Architects since the conception of the firm. Schematic ideas are generated by the lead designer and then modified in the computer. 3-D modeling, once only used as a presentation tool, has become the designers greatest asset. By starting as conceptual forms on a virtual model of the site, architectural forms can be shared with the client at the earliest stages.
